Logistics & Liability

All bulk wholesale pipelines are established under pre-cleared customs protocols. Responsibilities for import duties, tariffs, and localized clearance are defined per individual trade contract prior to dispatch.

Cargo liability transfers according to specified Incoterms established during quotation. All shipments departing our Memphis hub dispatch are fully documented and tracked under international freight standards.

Payment & Execution

Dispute Resolution

Transactions require cleared funds prior to container loading unless alternative credit terms are approved. Late payments may result in dispatch holds and storage fees at the transit hub.

Any trade disputes arising from international shipping or quality discrepancies shall be governed by the laws of Tennessee, with mediation occurring in the Memphis jurisdiction.
